Our pieces are hand-built from scratch, made-to-order. Please allow a maximum 6 - 12 weeks from the time of your order to the time it reaches you.

I PURCHASED A RING BUT IT DOESN'T FIT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Refer to our RING SIZE GUIDE on sizing factors to consider and contact us via email. We'll do our best to provide you with the best way to get your ring back to us.

DO YOU HAVE GEMSTONES IN STOCK TO CHOOSE FROM?

CAN YOU SOURCE A SPECIFIC GEMSTONE FOR MY PROJECT?

We are usually able to source your preferred gemstone through our trusted network of local and international suppliers. However, depending on the rarity of your request,  there may be an USD $50 up-front sourcing fee, which is redeemable off the final cost.

​

 

 

WHAT IF I HAVE MY OWN GEMSTONES I’D LIKE TO USE?

We would love to work with your gemstones, tell us your stories and we'll weave in its history and sentiment to compliment the finished jewellery. 

However, we cannot be liable for any damages to your gemstone incurred on its journey to us.

 

 

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Our jewellery pieces are one-of-kind art and, as such, we do not accept returns and all sales are final.

Before you decide to purchase, we promise to offer our best efforts to help envision the piece you want. We’ll never compromise on materials and workmanship required to create your piece.
